As a co-founder, Mr. J P Singh assumes the overall responsibility for the functioning of Career Creed HR Services. His key focus lies in providing strategic planning and direction to the company, aiming to achieve higher growth and success. With his visionary leadership, Mr. J P Singh guides the team towards delivering exceptional HR solutions and services.
Beyond his role at Career Creed, Mr. J P Singh is the esteemed founder of Ormid India Private Limited, an e-commerce and retail supermarket business. Leveraging his strong background in Human Resource Management and Business Management, he has played a pivotal role in the growth and establishment of the company as a beacon of high values.
Prior to venturing into the business world, Mr. J P Singh gained extensive knowledge and insights as a Civil Services competitor. This experience provided him with a well-rounded understanding of various subjects, further enriching his capabilities as a business leader.
Mr. J P Singh holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from ICFAI University, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning and honing his skills in the field of HR. Additionally, he has completed his Post Graduate studies from Allahabad University, further strengthening his academic foundation.
Sanjay Aggarwal

Sanjay is the co-founder of Career Creed HR Services. He is known to be an enthusiastic, committed and visionary leader with a customer centric approach, which is the key to his achievements during his rewarding career spanning 15 years. He has vast experience in HR Operations. His operational expertise helps the organization to run at maximum efficiency and productivity.
Sanjay leads technology operations improvement and cost reduction initiatives and specializes in technology-based solutions to meet customer requirement. He has been instrumental in developing and setting-up an HR platform for various industries and sectors. He has always played a leading role in conceptualizing and developing effective and efficient HRMS technology.
Sanjay is an MBA in Human Resource Management from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak.
Kapil Goel
(Functional Head – HRMS Technology)
Mr. Kapil Goel, an accomplished professional holding LLB, FCA, and FAFD (ICAI) qualifications, is a distinguished fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. With an extensive career spanning over two decades, he has garnered substantial expertise in both Finance and HR domains, having served in pivotal roles within multinational corporations and as a trusted consultant.
His professional journey has been marked by notable achievements, including conducting comprehensive internal audits for multinational firms, adeptly managing payroll accounting, ensuring meticulous compliance with labour regulations, and formulating comprehensive Human Resource and Accounting manuals. Mr. Goel has also demonstrated his prowess in HRMS implementation, overseeing accounting and human resource processes, and crafting corporate/industry-specific accounting policies and procedures.
Currently, he serves as the Head of the HRMS division at Career Creed HR Services, where his leadership and strategic insights contribute significantly to the company’s success in the realm of HR technology solutions.
Krishan Kartik
(Advocate & Labour Law Advisor)
Krishan is graduate with degree in LL.b from Delhi University having 19+ years of rich experience in litigation and practice including corporate in-house counsel role, corporate compliance and corporate advisory. He has the expertise in scanning for Labour and Employment related legislative changes, compliance and impact analysis on the business and corporate functions.
Krishan has been rendering legal advisory support to his various clientele on the employment policy framework and ensuring that the policies are compliant with the applicable laws and are fit for the purpose. Besides having expertise in drafting and vetting of various kinds of Agreements, Contracts and Memorandum of Understanding including employment documentation, he has excellent record of Court Litigation and practice especially in labour and industrial disputes. He is also a key liaisoner with various government authority towards statutory compliance of various labour and other related laws.
