CTC Structure and Salary Management:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive CTC (Cost to Company) structures and salary management systems for employees in compliance with Indian labor laws.
Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to statutory deductions such as Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).
Payroll Processing:
- Execute accurate and timely payroll processing, including computation of gross salaries, deductions, and net payments.
Income Tax Declaration and TDS Management:
- Facilitate employee income tax declarations and manage TDS deductions as per Income Tax regulations in India.
Salary Registers and Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain salary registers, bank transfer files, and other payroll documents as required by Indian regulatory authorities.
Employee Insurance and Health Benefits:

- Calculate and manage gratuity payments and superannuation benefits for eligible employees as per statutory requirements.
Notice Period and Resignation Handling:
- Manage employee notice periods, resignations, and exit interviews in compliance with company policies and legal requirements in India.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee exits, including issuance of relieving letters and exit formalities.
Flexi Benefit Plans (FBP) Administration:
- Facilitate Flexi Benefit Plan (FBP) declarations and manage entitlements, disbursements, and balances.
Receipt Verification and Claims Processing:
- Verify receipts and process reimbursement claims in accordance with FBP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
